A non-profit buying group for American Amazon & e-commerce sellers

Stop paying retail to run your business.

You compete against billion-dollar operators and subsidized overseas sellers who buy everything at scale — factories, software, freight, shipping. Alone, you pay list price. EXBA pools the buying power of thousands of independent U.S. e-commerce sellers so you buy like an enterprise without paying any fees.

Your buying power,
multiplied.

The cost gap

Same product. Same marketplace. A wildly different cost base.

The disadvantage isn't your hustle — it's your scale. Independent sellers pay near-retail for the exact inputs large and overseas operators buy at deep discounts. The gap compounds at every layer of the business.

What we buy, together

Six buying programs. One membership.

Each pillar is a negotiated group-buying program. They launch in sequence — you don't wait for the whole platform to start saving. Representative savings shown are illustrative ranges, not guarantees.

Group Sourcing

Pooled minimum orders, factory-direct pricing, shared QC and inspection, and consolidated freight from origin. The single biggest lever.

5–12% on landed cost

Software & SaaS

Group licenses on the PPC, repricing, analytics, and accounting tools you already pay for — at volumes vendors discount to win.

15–30% on tooling

Parcel & Shipping

Wholesale carrier label rates through aggregated volume across the membership — the leverage you can never reach on your own.

20–40% on labels

Freight, 3PL & Warehousing

Ocean freight, customs brokerage, prep, and storage at pooled rates — container-level and multi-tenant commitments.

10–25% on logistics

Supplies & Services

Packaging, photography, design, virtual assistants, legal and accounting — a preferred-vendor network at member rates.

Member-only pricing

Capital & Insurance

Inventory financing and product-liability insurance pools — risk and volume placed together with lenders and insurers.

Better terms by pooling
How collective buying works

Built so members never front cash on faith.

For physical group buys, trust and money movement are everything. The flow is designed so no order is placed until funding clears, and nothing ships without independent inspection.

Demand signal

EXBA posts a sourcing opportunity. Members indicate interest and quantity — no commitment yet.

Commitment window

Members commit firm quantities. The pooled volume must clear the factory minimum to proceed.

Funds in escrow

Members prepay into a segregated account. No purchase order is placed until funding clears.

Order & QC

EXBA places the consolidated PO, manages production, and runs independent inspection before shipment.

Consolidated freight

Goods ship together from origin, clear customs once, then split to each member's destination or 3PL.

Transparent settlement

Final reconciliation. EXBA's margin or fee is disclosed up front — never hidden in the spread.

Software & shipping are even simpler. EXBA holds the master agreement; you opt into the negotiated rate with a single sign-up. No escrow, no minimums — savings from week one.

Membership

Membership is by application.

EXBA is free for sellers — we're funded by the suppliers we bring volume to, not by you. But it's still invitation-and-application only: sponsored by a member or apply directly, and every applicant is verified. The alliance is only as strong as the operators inside it.

Members are real, verified sellers — not vendors, agencies, or info-marketers. No exception.

Free for sellers — because we're a non-profit.

EXBA is a non-profit alliance. We never charge members; we earn a small percentage from the suppliers and software partners we bring our combined volume to, so the cost sits with vendors, never with you — and any surplus goes back into the alliance, not into anyone's pocket.

Why we exist

America already lost its factories. It shouldn't lose its sellers.

The independent seller — the person who finds a product, builds a brand, and serves customers directly — is the entrepreneurship engine of American commerce. Every day they compete against operators with far more scale. EXBA hands that scale back to them.

You shouldn't need a billion-dollar balance sheet to get a fair price. Pooled together, independent American sellers already have the scale — EXBA just puts it to work.
What we stand for
By sellers
Built and run by people who actually sell — not a vendor hunting for a list to market to.
Members first
Every program must leave the member ahead, net of any fee. Savings transparency is the product.
Non-profit
Built as a non-profit alliance. We don't profit off our members — any surplus is reinvested in the membership.
American-rooted
Verified U.S. entities and active sellers — scale that keeps value with American businesses.

Frequently asked questions

The Amazon & e-commerce seller group, explained

What is EXBA?

EXBA (E-Commerce eXchange & Buyers Alliance) is a non-profit buying group for independent Amazon and e-commerce sellers. Members pool their purchasing volume to buy at enterprise scale across sourcing, software, shipping, freight, supplies, and capital — unlocking pricing that no single seller could negotiate alone.

Is EXBA an Amazon seller group or an e-commerce seller group?

Both. EXBA is a vetted seller group for operators on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces. Whatever you sell on, the membership combines everyone's volume into collective buying power that lowers your costs.

How is this different from a free Amazon seller Facebook group?

Most Amazon and e-commerce seller groups are open forums for advice and networking. EXBA is a closed, vetted buying group: instead of just trading tips, members access real negotiated wholesale rates on the products and services they already buy. It's a buying alliance, not a chat group.

Who can join the seller group?

Membership is limited to verified U.S. e-commerce businesses with an active marketplace seller account. You join either by sponsorship from an existing member or by applying directly and passing verification. Vendors, agencies, and service providers cannot join as members.

How do members save money?

Through six group-buying pillars: group sourcing and manufacturing, software and SaaS licenses, parcel and shipping rates, freight and 3PL, supplies and services, and capital and insurance. Representative savings range from single digits on landed cost to 15–40% on software and shipping.

Is EXBA free? How does it make money?

Yes — EXBA is free for sellers, with no membership fee and no contract. We're funded by a small percentage (around 1%) from the suppliers and software partners we negotiate with, earned when members use EXBA's codes. The cost sits with vendors, not you.

What if EXBA isn't the right fit for me?

There's no fee and no contract, so applying carries zero risk. If EXBA isn't useful to you, you simply don't use it — there's nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.

Are vendors or agencies allowed to join?

No. EXBA membership is for real, verified sellers only — not vendors, agencies, or info-marketers, with no exception. Approved suppliers live on the supply side as preferred partners (and they're who funds the alliance), never inside the member base. This is what protects the integrity of every group buy.
